Santa Clarita Family Faces Ongoing Harassment from Neighbor
Alejandra Feliciano, a resident of a condominium in the Canyon Country area of Santa Clarita, has reported prolonged harassment from her neighbor, resulting in an atmosphere of fear for her and her children. The incidents, which Feliciano states have been occurring for several years, have escalated significantly in recent months.
Documented Encounters
Feliciano has captured many of these alarming interactions on her front door camera. The footage reveals various hostile incidents, including one where the neighbor brandishes a belt and approaches the camera aggressively, seemingly threatening her and her family. In addition, he has been known to use sticks and allows his unleashed Doberman dog to accompany him during these confrontations.
The Nature of Harassment
Feliciano describes the neighbor’s tactics, stating, “I’m terrified. He’ll come out with a belt and antagonize the camera as if he’s going to hit us.” His behavior includes waiting for Feliciano and her family as they leave their home, timing his harassment to coincide with their comings and goings.
Furthermore, she notes that he often shouts racial slurs directed at her and her children, revealing a troubling motive behind the harassment: “He has this thing where he feels very strongly about us because we’re Hispanic,” she said.

Legal Steps Taken
In response to the ongoing threats, Feliciano has filed a police report and is in the process of obtaining a restraining order against her neighbor. Despite these efforts, she expresses frustration over the limited actions that authorities can take unless her family is physically harmed.
A Call for Action
Although Feliciano acknowledges that moving would likely be the simplest solution, she states that financial constraints make this option unfeasible. “I want peace,” she expressed. “I just want him to leave us alone.” She has made it a priority to document all incidents, preserving evidence for authorities.

Investigation Status
Currently, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department is investigating the matter. As of now, the neighbor has not been charged with any criminal activity related to these incidents.
