Lisa Vanderpump to Launch Vanderpump Hotel in Las Vegas
Iconic reality television star and entrepreneur Lisa Vanderpump revealed on Wednesday her ambitious plans to renovate a hotel on the famous Las Vegas Strip, transforming it into the Vanderpump Hotel. This notable project, executed in partnership with Caesars Entertainment, aims to introduce a “bold, new brand” to Las Vegas.
The Transformation of The Cromwell
The Cromwell, a well-known boutique hotel located at the intersection of Las Vegas Boulevard and Flamingo Road, is set to undergo a sweeping renovation to create the Vanderpump Hotel. According to announcements made by Caesars, the new hotel concept is expected to be completed by early 2026.
A Vision for Unique Hospitality
Describing the endeavor, Vanderpump stated, “What an extraordinary opportunity to develop this iconic location into something unique, playful and upscale. Hospitality has always been our passion, and our mission is to create something sumptuous with a unique atmosphere.” Collaboration with her design partner, Nick Alain, through Vanderpump Alain will see the introduction of a visually stunning environment for guests.
Vanderpump’s Legacy in Hospitality
The Vanderpump Hotel will mark Vanderpump’s inaugural venture into the hotel industry, building on her successful history in restaurants, wine, and spirits. Her previous projects in Las Vegas include:
- Vanderpump Cocktail Garden at Caesars Palace
- Vanderpump à Paris at Paris Las Vegas
- Pinky’s by Vanderpump at Flamingo Las Vegas
Enhanced Guest Experience
As part of the renovation, the hotel is set to feature a complete redesign of its 188 guest rooms and suites. Key elements will include bespoke furnishings and lighting designed by Vanderpump Alain, embodying the themes of “sexy elegance and comfort.” Additionally, an all-new lounge area will enhance the social atmosphere within the hotel.

Future Developments
The Cromwell currently hosts several attractions, including Giada De Laurentiis’ namesake restaurant, GIADA, and the Drai’s Beachclub and Nightclub. While work on the Vanderpump Hotel progresses, the Cromwell will remain operational, allowing guests to enjoy its amenities during the transformation process.
