Kylie and Jason Kelce Expand Their Family with Baby Finnley
In an exciting announcement, Jason and Kylie Kelce have introduced a new addition to their family, welcoming their fourth child. The couple confirmed the arrival of their daughter, Finnley “Finn” Anne Kelce, on March 30.
Celebrating Their New Bundle of Joy
Jason, a former center for the Philadelphia Eagles, shared the joyful news with a playful post on Instagram, stating, “Whoop, there she is.” The birth of baby Finn brings the Kelce household to a total of six, joining her three older sisters: Wyatt Elizabeth, age 5, Elliotte Ray, age 4, and Bennett Llewellyn, age 2.
Choosing the Name Finnley
Interestingly, baby Finn’s name stands out from her siblings due to its unique spelling, omitting the two ‘T’s that characterize her sisters’ names. This distinctive choice was acknowledged by Kylie in a recent teaser for her podcast, “Not Gonna Lie,” indicating a whimsical journey in selecting the name.
Kylie humorously addressed potential reactions to this variation, warning listeners, “The saga has officially concluded. All the people who are going to be triggered by the fact that this name does not have two T’s, I warned you! It was a journey.” She mentioned that the baby was without a name for the first 24 hours before they finally settled on Finnley.
A Meaningful Tribute
In a heartfelt move, Finnley’s middle name, Anne, pays tribute to various women in Kylie’s life, including her paternal grandmother, her sister, and two cousins, as well as the wife of Eagles kicker Jake Elliot. Kylie elaborated on this, sharing, “We packed it all into one name. And I feel good about that.”
Upcoming Podcast Episode
On April 3, Kylie plans to release a postpartum episode of her podcast where she will delve deeper into her experiences surrounding the birth of Finnley. Listeners can find it available on all major podcast platforms.
