Through diligent investigation, detectives from the Long Beach Police Department (LBPD) managed to locate the missing girl at a motel situated on the 4000 block of Long Beach Boulevard. Upon arrival at the scene last Friday, officers discovered the girl and arrested Joshua Stephen Brown, who is charged with arranging a meeting with a minor for lewd purposes.
