Long Beach Motorcyclist Dies Following High-Speed Crash
A 55-year-old man from Long Beach lost his life on Saturday after sustaining severe injuries from a motorcycle accident on Long Beach Boulevard. The incident occurred around 5:10 p.m. at the intersection of Long Beach Boulevard and 51st Street.

According to the Long Beach Police Department (LBPD), officers patrolling the area discovered the motorcyclist lying on the roadway shortly after the collision. The rider, on a Honda CBR 900, was reportedly traveling at a high speed when he lost control of the motorcycle, resulting in a fall that preceded his collision with a parked vehicle.
Emergency Response
The police officers on the scene promptly initiated aid for the injured motorcyclist until paramedics from the Long Beach Fire Department arrived. He was then transported to a nearby hospital, where he eventually died due to the injuries sustained during the crash.
