Law enforcement identified the suspect as Ryan Hagen, a 45-year-old resident of Anaheim. Over a series of weeks, Hagen engaged in numerous provocative discussions, during which he solicited explicit photographs and expressed a desire to engage in various sexual acts with the purported minor.
Confrontation and Evidence Collection
On April 16, 2025, following arrangements for an in-person meeting, deputies located Hagen in Redlands and arrested him. In addition to his apprehension, several communication devices were seized as part of the evidence-gathering process.

- Arranging to meet a minor with the intent of engaging in sexual acts
- Contacting a minor with the intent to commit sexual acts
